Taneem Kabir is a versatile attorney with a varied background in civil litigation, technology, and intellectual property.
Taneem previously served as a Data Analytics Manager of a program associated with the USPTO, in which he worked with inventors, reviewers, and the general public to facilitate a high quality patent prosecution system. For a number of years he also represented clients in medical malpractice, products liability, and intellectual property matters. He has successfully handled cases involving clients ranging from individuals to large international corporations.
Taneem has over a decade of experience setting up business structures, guiding entrepreneurs in overcoming administrative and legal hurdles, and advising clients on various transactional and litigation matters. As founder of Kabir Law PLLC, he guides business owners and creators in understanding developments in the law, identifying risk areas, and formulating creative ways to reduce liability.
